CCLers At The Climate Strike

Average Rating:
Last week's global climate strikes were an exciting example of the momentum for climate action that is sweeping the U.S. and the world! As CCL's core values state, "We know that there is a place for protest, but our approach is to build consensus." For some CCLers and chapters, the strike was both a protest and a way to build consensus with other local groups and citizens concerned about climate change. On Instagram, many young CCLers posted about their participation in the strike and shared photos of their tabling, videos of their speeches, and other outreach.
