Core Volunteer Training: Celebrating Storytelling

What moment are you most proud of as a CCL volunteer? What experience(s) have helped expand your comfort zone and led you to unknown places?

Share your own success stories from the field. The training will start by having the chance to learn about the importance of stories and hear from CCL's President and Founder Marshall Saunders as a special guest. Marshall will share his own experience starting CCL, complete with setbacks and early victories

Then, we'll open it up all of our stories. Come prepared to share your own 30 - 60 second experience of empowerment and engage in Q&A time with Marshall. The call will close with a final reflection on what it means to be a CCL volunteer and how we can best support each other in our climate advocacy.

Core Volunteer Training is a series specifically created to support you in becoming more active with CCL and answering any questions you might have across a wide range of topics.

RSVP as "Attending" to trainings you want to receive updates for or subscribe to CCL's once-a-week training reminders via email or text.

CCL offers two ongoing training series online via Zoom conference (instructions for how to log-on): Citizens' Climate University for existing volunteers on Thursday evenings and Core Volunteer Training for new volunteers on Tuesday evenings.
