Implicit Bias & Anti-Racism Workshop - Session 1

You are invited to the next D&I Education and Roundtable Discussion Series hosted by CCL’s Inaugural Diversity Fellows.

Our second session will focus on implicit bias and anti-racism. 

The purpose of this series is to facilitate brave spaces for discussion and create places where people can learn from one another. Additionally, we want to diminish feelings of tokenism, center marginalized voices within our organization, and make sure BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled folks’ concerns are prioritized within CCL. We hope that this series can encourage dialogue and belonging for current and future BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled members.

Future topics in the series includes: language, sexuality, gender and equity in the workplace. The series will take place the 3rd and 4th Sunday of each month and it is open to all volunteers.
