No more delays — Ontario government must answer for its climate record in historic youth climate case

Seems like some youth in the U.S. could file a similar lawsuit, especially in light of the current administration saying it will withdraw from the Paris Agreement.
If you haven't been following this, the case is called Mathur v. Ontario, and the lead plaintiff is Sophia Mathur, the daughter of former CCL staffer Cathy Orlando. I had the pleasure of sitting next to Sophia at a Nats baseball game when she was 9 or 10. A very sharp and energetic young lady. I wrote this piece last year about Cathy and Sophia:
