I recently created a TIC TIC TOC Game for our 4th of July celebration on Bainbridge Island, WA. The game works just like TicTacToe, but I used an image of a healthy blue/green earth for one player and a hot earth image for the second player. I then created a grid of nine squares on a magnetic cookie sheet. For the player pieces, I cut out discs of cardboard and applied the images to each. I then hot glued a magnet on the back of each player piece. I labeled the cookie sheet with TIC TIC TOC and set the game up on our tabling table alongside a bowl of candy and our CCL sign-up sheets. Our candy selection was an earth gummies and good old Life Savers candies!
Try it! It was a great success drawing in young families and it was easy peasy!
