Amazon was the first pledge signatory and the company is also home to the workers’ group Amazon Employees for Climate Justice.

As Mr. Bezos makes this commitment to addressing climate change, he is expressing interest in supporting climate advocates, NGOs, and scientists who are dedicated to protecting and saving our planet. We are aiming to put CCL’s nonpartisan climate solutions work on Mr. Bezos’ radar as he moves forward with philanthropic efforts to create a more livable world.
