Northeast: Iona Lutey is available Mondays 1-2 p.m. ET.  

Mid-Atlantic: Sabrina Fu is available Sundays from 4-5 p.m. ET.

Appalachia: Jon Clark is available Mondays and Thursdays 1-2 p.m. ET. 

Southeast: Solemi Hernandez is available Mondays at 3-4 p.m. ET.

Third Coast: Susan Adams is available Fridays at 2-3 p.m. CT.

Tornadoes: Carol Braford is available Thursdays at 5-6 p.m. CT.

Great Lakes: Elizabeth Dell and John Sabin are available Tuesdays at 11 a.m. ET.

North Wind: Mindy Ahler is available Mondays from 5-6 p.m. CT and Fridays from 11-noon CT. 

Mountain West: Bill Barron is available Mondays from 7-8 p.m. MT and Thursdays 12-1 p.m. MT.

California: Tasha Reddy is available Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 p.m. PT.

Greater Pacific Northwest: Tamara Staton is available Thursdays 11:30am - 12:30pm PT.
