Average Rating:

Help us reach our year-end goal of $1.5 million so that we can train more volunteers, reach more of Congress, and pass more climate legislation in 2022! Visit www.citizensclimatelobby.org/donate/

Help us fight for climate policies that will hit the goal of 50% by 2030. With your help, we’ll get it done.

Why give?

83c026502ba5a4412acf4a939ca5f28f-huge-ccOur volunteers do the most important work of Citizens’ Climate – raising awareness and building support for climate solutions with their members of Congress. They work in local chapters to build relationships with elected officials, local businesses, community leaders, and media.

Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL) and Citizens’ Climate Education (CCE) support our volunteers across the broad spectrum of their work. CCE is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that provides training, tools, and other resources to help our volunteers become effective climate advocates. CCL is a registered 501(c)(4) organization that supports volunteer-led and other lobbying efforts in Congress on select climate legislation.

Our sources of funding

Citizens’ Climate is funded primarily through foundations and individual donors. We do not accept donations from the fossil fuel industry. The backbone of our financing comes from individual donors who contribute in significant and ongoing ways. These donations allow us to scale our work and take advantage of new opportunities as they emerge.
