Each month, Citizens’ Climate Lobby supporters gather locally for a monthly meeting where we educate ourselves by listening to a guest speaker. Go to your local chapter's page to find out more about your chapter's plans for listening in. February's Monthly Meeting will be on Saturday, February 10th at 1:00 pm ET and will feature special guest Sam Daley-Harris, Civic Courage founder and author of the newly updated book, Reclaiming Our Democracy: Every Citizen’s Guide to Transformational Advocacy.

231fdaca73678bfa82453c5d9c78aa7c-huge-saIn July 2007, CCL founder Marshall Saunders asked Sam Daley-Harris to coach him on starting the first CCL chapters. Sam continued to coach CCL leaders over the next 7 years. Sam founded the anti-poverty lobby RESULTS in 1980, co-founded the Microcredit Summit campaign in 1995, and founded Civic Courage in 2012. The completely revised and updated edition of Sam’s book, Reclaiming Our Democracy: Every Citizen’s Guide to Transformational Advocacy, was released on January 9, 2024.
