a)I'm looking at the Comparison of Modeled Annual Average Capacity Additions chart. Just because a project is in the Interconnection Queue doesn't mean its been built or even will be built. If the developers' project is delayed because of its Interconnection Queue position, permitting delays or any other reason beyond the sunset date for the tax credit, its economics change and the project may no longer be viable. So that reality is probably reflected in the chart where some solar, wind is still built post-BBB but not as much it would have been. Is that right? b)This likely doesn't effect general demand trend, but some AI centers will just build their own generation behind the fence. But not all centers would be able to do that- very expensive. c)For diffuse energy needs like for A/C for increasing temperatures, we need more transmission lines - can't do behind the fence. thoughts?
