If you have recently heard the word "ally" or "allyship" in the environmental space, this is what we are talking about. I invite you to view the video below.
The term can also be used in other spaces, but as we continue to talk about how we are building a more diverse CCL, and working together to achieve it,Â
it is helpful to also understand the terminology. I share this video because a couple of weeks ago, someone in CCL asked me what was an ally, which was
a great question. I figured other people wanted to know as well. We have great allies already inside CCL and love to gain more as we continue to meet
