What action should I urge my MoC to take on permitting reform right now?

I was about to write an LTE on permitting reform in response to an article in a local paper – but I realized that I don’t know what action I should urge my MoC to take right now. Specifically:
- Is it still relevant to refer to the Energy Permitting Reform Act from last Congress, or has that bill been rendered irrelevant by newer permitting-reform bills?
- Has CCL taken a position on the SPEED Act?
- Ditto on the Problem Solver Caucus’s permitting reform outline?
- Should I urge my MoC to work on permitting reform, without mentioning any specific bill?
Best,

Hi @Ola Klingberg. Right now we're just urging MOCs to work on a comprehensive bipartisan permitting reform bill. You can reference the Problem Solvers Caucus outline and the Energy Permitting Reform Act as good examples to work from, if you want. The SPEED Act will just be one potential component of a comprehensive bill.
