Hi folks,
Many of us have been very concerned about our fellow CCLers in Hawaii after the devastating news of wildfires in Maui.
Volunteer Virginia Tincher reports that it looks like the CCL Maui folks, who live in the Kihei area, are OK 🙏🏽
The below is from Cynthia Conrad, Maui:
Aloha Friends,
Our hearts go out to Lahaina and the entire island of Maui as it faces the devastating fires. The losses suffered, including homes, historic sites, and so much more, are truly heartbreaking.
We stand in solidarity with our community during this difficult time. Together, we are stronger. If you're looking for ways to help, there are several avenues to contribute to relief efforts, from donating to the Hawaii Red Cross to supporting organizations like Share Your Mana that assist the affected homeless.
Let's come together, support one another, and help rebuild the spirit of Lahaina and Maui. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted by this tragedy.
