Citizens' Climate Lobby (CCL) is a national nonprofit organization that creates the political will to address climate change. The Indianapolis chapter of CCL lobbies at the federal, state, and local level. At the federal level, we lobby the U.S. House Representatives for districts IN-05 (currently Victoria Spartz) and IN-07 (currently Andre Carson).
