Are you anxious, angry, hopeful, worried, or optimistic? In a Circle of Personal Resilience, you will share your feelings, listen to others, and leave with a note of gratitude and celebration.
Many feelings arise as we move from a time of growing climate legislation to a new era of protecting what has been passed. Are you feeling anxiety, anger, hope, worry, or optimism? Being deeply heard with empathy is both comforting and healing. It also brings relief and insight. Share your feelings in this Circle. We end each Circle with a round of sharing personal gratitude and celebration. You are invited to join this community of support and empathy.
