I did not attend the last MM meeting, but I listened to the recording. I did not hear the date that October's Action Alert will reach members mailboxes. Could you let me know that date?
Also, our chapter averages about 50 calls, emails, etc. with each action. This month we only had 11 calls. I asked our chapter members how it went. We had around 15 at the meeting and one person and myself had trouble. We were disconnected over and over even though we followed the prompts each time. Eventually, I made the calls without Clicked to Call and logged my actions manually. I suspect this is what others who had trouble did. I'm still investigating. I'd like to give them some direction if this happens in the future with Click to Call. Do you have any advice on what to do if they have problems again?

Regarding the Call to Click, thanks for that feedback as well - it may have been due to the offices having voicemails and not following the * to advance in our slides advice.
