I also saw that all this hard work on getting people to write letters or messages to Members of Congress could get even more attention if all the steps on this outlined on CCL community (under "Processing Constituent Comment Letters") were followed more closely - it's a bit of work to prepare them, but it's really worth it!
Especially make three copies: one for each senator and one for the Congresswoman/man and mark them according to state and district, so we can make sure all members of Congress get to see the fruit of your labor. Thanks for reading this!

In Austin, we’ve devised a way to share the work of processing constituent letter forms without convening an in-person work party.
We scan the letters and upload them to Google Drive. A spreadsheet containing links to the letters, and columns for recording progress, enables volunteers to contribute as much time as they like, at times that are convenient for them.
The overhead is justified only for fairly large collections of letters, i.e., collections that are too large for one person to process comfortably. For collections that large, you really need to have a scanner with a document feeder, or be willing to pay a copy center to do the scanning.
The instructions for this system are here.
