The 5th Virtual Inclusion Conference will focus on bridging divides across perspectives, forging connections rooted in solidarity and honest conversations that advance communities.

The conference is designed and hosted by the People of the Global Majority Action Team, which includes Black, Indigenous, and People of Color at Citizens' Climate Lobby. It is supported by the members of CCL's Affinity Teams, which include: Asian Pacific, Climate & Culture, Higher Education, Interfaith, Latinos, Peace Corps, Persons with Disabilities, South Asian, and Youth. 

This year's speakers include:

• Honorable Ruth Cross Kwansing, Minister of Women, Youth, Sport and Social Affairs and Member of Parliament in the Republic of Kiribati & first Pacific Islander elected to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women

• Mike Roman, Ph.D., Environmental Advisory Board Member, City of Cincinnati and Climate Research Incubator Fellow, Green Umbrella Regional Climate Collaborative
