Hello- I THINK I heard yesterday at the conference it described that the judicial review statute of limitations in the EPRA provisions which shorten the timelines for transmission project RESULT in a length of time that is STILL longer than the current statute of limitations for natural gas pipeline projects. Is that correct?
Yes @Daniela Brod, I reached out to Shane for more information on this. He said that compared to the 150 days in the Energy Permitting Reform Act,
[gas pipelines] technically have 120 days total. 30 days to file, 30 days for FERC to act on it, and then 60 days to sue is they disagree.
@Dana Nuccitelli Thank you! This is great news and an excellent counterpoint to any reservations about judicial review timelines shortening.
